CONTEXT

A concept of stickers and making a phone case encompassing a K-POP group’s visual identity: Tomorrow X Together’s albums, visuals, and brand identity. The graphics were created in Adobe Illustrator.
I got inspired by BTS’s Casetify phone case for their hit single, “Butter.”Each phone case has elements of TXT’s music videos and concepts, with their music songs encompassing TXT’s visual and brand identity.

Retrospective
WHAT WOULD YOU DO DIFFERENTLY IF YOU WERE GIVEN ANOTHER CHANCE?
If I had another chance, I’d make a Pokémon version or even a Katamari, Disgaea, or Studio Ghibli version. It was more about the potential of making stickers and a phone case and having the creativity and concept of trying to accomplish that, so the possibilities are endless and boundless.
With phone case designs, it should be simple yet filled to the brim with personality and a concept that fits the artist’s image.
Project takeaways.
Trying something new— I’ve always thought that designing a phone case would be so cool, and I would love to design my own phone case to make it original and functional. Thinking of this opportunity made it a fun, passionate project to deliver in a short time frame.
Illustrating Prototypes—To fully showcase the project's idea and concept, the phone case frames needed to be made for the body of the stickers and graphics. I’ve seen a few designers do this if they have an illustration background, and I thought this was cool to do if a designer can’t get the real project in front of them.
